Stomach ache remedies

If your stomach pain is caused by gastritis or indigestion.

A) Place one teaspoon of dried chamomile in one cup of boiled water.  B).Cover and allow to steep for 15 minutes. C). Strain tea and add lemon or honey for taste.  D).Drink up to three cups daily.

If your stomach pain by Menstrual Cramps:

1. Resting Your    Body. 2. Hydrating With    Electrolytes. 3. Drinking Ginger    or Mint Tea. 4. Taking Over-     the-Counter     Medicines.

Stomach pain due to Overeating:

1. Drink Brahmi Milk. 2. Cardamom with Banana. 3. Use kaishore guggulu which helps in controlling metabolism and soothes overactive thyroid.
